SOS Contracts is a small, Oxford-based cleaning team. We’ve been cleaning Oxfordshire homes and businesses for years — now under one accountable banner, with proper paperwork to match.
Who we are
A team with years of cleaning experience, now operating as SOS Contracts.
We’re not claiming to have been a household name for twenty years. We’ve simply been doing this work — quietly and well — for long enough to know which shortcuts cost you a deposit, an inspection, or a regular client.
SOS Contracts is the same crew, brought together under a single name with proper systems behind it: SafeContractor approval, £5m public liability, full COSHH and RAMS for every contract, and a named supervisor on every job. The difference between a cleaner and a cleaning contractor is paperwork — and we’ve done ours.

02 — Write it down
Transparent scopes only.
If it isn’t on the quote, it isn’t in the price — and if it isn’t on the sign-off sheet, we haven’t done it yet.
03 — Train, then trust
Trained methods, the same team.
We train cleaners properly, pay them properly, and keep them long enough that you learn their first name.
04 — Less, better
Sustainability without slogans.
UK SRS products by default, concentrated refills, microfibre colour-coded by zone. The honest, dull version of eco — not a sticker on a bottle.
05 — Say the awkward bit
Quote what we see, not what you hope.
If a property needs three hours longer than you’d budgeted, we’ll tell you before the visit, not invoice it after.
06 — Sign-off matters
Re-clean if we missed it.
Every clean ends with a checklist. If something on it isn’t right, the same team is back within 72 hours, no charge.
