If your letting agent or landlord flags a cleaning item on the check-out inventory within 72 hours of our clean, we send the same team back to put it right at no extra cost.
A typical two-bedroom flat takes 5–7 hours with a team of two. We allow longer for properties with heavy build-up, pets or carpets booked for hot-water extraction.
Yes — all included as standard in our EoT scope, alongside extractor fans, kitchen cabinetry inside and out, and inside-pane window cleaning. Outside panes if accessible.
No — most clients leave keys with the letting agent or use a key safe. We photograph the property on arrival and again at sign-off.
Hot-water extraction is a separate line item — many tenancy agreements require a professional receipt, which we provide. We can quote vacuum-only or full extraction; just tell us which the agreement requires.
For urgent move-outs we often have a same-day or next-day slot. Five working days’ notice gives you the pick of the week.
