We don’t rotate strangers through your house. You meet your cleaner before the first visit, agree the plan together, and she or he sticks. Days off, holidays and sickness are covered by a familiar back-up from the same small team.

01 — Vetting
References + right-to-work + DBS
Every cleaner has at least two checkable references, full right-to-work documentation, and an enhanced DBS check for any household work involving children or vulnerable adults.
02 — Training
Trained methods, household-grade
Standard cleans follow a written checklist trained against colour-coded microfibre standards — no cross-contamination between bathroom and kitchen.
03 — Cover
£5m public liability, in writing
If something gets broken (it happens, rarely) we put it right. Our public liability cover is genuine and you’ll see the certificate before your first clean.
