Every job starts with a fibre or surface test, so we use the method that lifts the dirt without lifting the carpet pile or sealing the stone the wrong way.
M-02
Low-moisture encapsulation
Crystalline-detergent system that captures soiling and vacuums away once dry. Touch-dry in under an hour — handy for offices on Monday-morning turnarounds.
Best for: commercial-grade carpets, office maintenance, between-tenants quick resets.
M-03
Strip, seal & polish
Multi-pass treatment for vinyl, LVT, terrazzo and natural stone. Removes years of build-up, then re-seals to the floor manufacturer’s spec.
Best for: kitchens, reception areas, healthcare hard floors, listed buildings with stone.
M-04
Hard wood & engineered care
pH-neutral clean, scratch-fill and finish-coat where the lacquer allows. Buffed dry — no sticky residue, no swelling at the joints.
Best for: Victorian terraces, period offices, engineered LVT in retail.

Hot-water extraction
4–6 hours
Touch-dry in 4, fully dry in 6 with normal ventilation. Walk on with socks once dry.
Encapsulation
~ 60 minutes
Touch-dry inside an hour. Ideal for offices reopening the next morning.
Hard-floor seal
2–4 hours
Keep clear of foot traffic until the final coat has cured.
