Rough clean
Bulk waste, packaging, protective sheeting and plaster splatter. The site goes from “builders just left” to “decorator can start”.

One clean is not enough after a build.
Construction dust comes back. That’s why we plan three passes around the contractor’s schedule — not one optimistic visit on hand-over morning.
Stage 02 — Sparkle
Sparkle clean
Floor-to-ceiling: skirting, sockets, light fittings, vents, inside cabinetry, glass and metalwork. All paint and adhesive residue lifted by hand.
Stage 03 — Hand-back
Hand-back clean
Final pass once snagging is done. Dust settles after a couple of days of trades coming back in — we re-do touchpoints so it’s photo-ready for the client.

Our supervisor walks the snag list with yours. If a trade comes back, our sparkle pass slots in around them.
Hand-back
Photo report
Sign-off photos by room, ready for the client pack. Snag-free or we re-clean inside 48 hours.
