Rough clean
Bulk waste, packaging, protective sheeting and plaster splatter. The site goes from “builders just left” to “decorator can start”.
Dust, residue and snag list — handled before hand-over day. Coordinated with your contractor or principal designer.
Construction dust comes back. That’s why we plan three passes around the contractor’s schedule — not one optimistic visit on hand-over morning.

Floor-to-ceiling: skirting, sockets, light fittings, vents, inside cabinetry, glass and metalwork. All paint and adhesive residue lifted by hand.
Final pass once snagging is done. Dust settles after a couple of days of trades coming back in — we re-do touchpoints so it’s photo-ready for the client.
After-builders work is detail work. Most general cleans don’t budget the hours for the bits below — we do.

We meet the PC before stage one. Access, parking, PPE, welfare and waste plan all agreed in writing.
Risk and method statements shared in advance. Hi-vis, safety footwear and dust masks on all stages.
Our supervisor walks the snag list with yours. If a trade comes back, our sparkle pass slots in around them.
Sign-off photos by room, ready for the client pack. Snag-free or we re-clean inside 48 hours.
Book the sparkle slot now and we’ll work back from the date. Free site visit before we quote.
