Do you work outside office hours?

Yes — most commercial cleans run early morning, evening or overnight to avoid disrupting your team. Weekend and bank-holiday cover are part of the quote where you need them.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. We work on rolling monthly terms with a 30-day notice period, because we’d rather earn your renewal than tie you in.

What’s included in a standard office clean?

Workstations, reception, kitchens, washrooms, hard and soft floor care, internal glass, waste removal and stock replenishment. We agree the full scope room-by-room before day one.

Are your cleaners vetted and insured?

Every team member is right-to-work checked, reference-checked and DBS-screened where the site requires it. We carry £5 million public liability and £10 million employer’s liability.

Can you cover holiday and sickness?

Yes — every contract has a named supervisor and a back-up rota. If your usual cleaner can’t make a shift, we send a familiar face from the same team rather than agency staff.

Do you provide consumables and stock?

We can — washroom paper, soap, bin liners and refills can be itemised on your invoice, or you can supply them and we’ll manage stock counts. Your call.
